Returns and Warranty Policy
Need to make a return or report a damaged shipment? No problem. We’ll outline our process for accepting returned items below.

If your returned item meets the following criteria we’ll send you a return form for you to complete:
- RMA request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Products are in original packaging
- Products have not been installed or used.
- Clearance returns are not accepted.
Print out and complete the form that will need to be included with your item
Ship your item back with the completed RGA form at the address provided via email by our support team.
Commercialledlights.com does not currently offer refunds on our products. With that said, customer satisfaction is our top priority so if there's special circumstances surrounding your reason for requesting a refund, we will review these on a case by case basis. In order to request a refund, simply email us at email@example.com and our support team will review your case and respond to this request within 7-10 business days.
Return Policy FAQ
Do I pay a restocking fee?
If our manufacturer partner subjects DTS to a restocking that fee may be passed along to our customer.
Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please complete the form to the left and upload photos of the damage. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.
Important: Special ordered products are not returnable.
Our warranty policy varies based on the individual product. This policy is based on the return policy for the product’s manufacturer. We stand by all of the products we sell and are happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance. We have the right to inspect the returned items to ensure that it is a failure of the product and not caused by faulty installation.
