Returns and Warranty Policy

Need to make a return or report a damaged shipment? No problem. We’ll outline our process for accepting returned items below.

Step One:
Contact our support team by phone (313) 528-7900 or by email [email protected]

If your returned item meets the following criteria we’ll send you a return form for you to complete:

  • RMA request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products are in original packaging
  • Products have not been installed or used.
  • Clearance returns are not accepted.

Step Two:
Print out and complete the form that will need to be included with your item

Step Three:
Ship your item back with the completed RGA form at the address provided via email by our support team.

Restocking Fee

Customers may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product and the manufacturer's return policy. Restocking fees can vary, and specific details will be provided at the time of the return request. It is important to review the return policy of the specific manufacturer, as they can have unique terms and conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Custom orders, special orders, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

We recommend contacting us for authorization before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may be subject to additional fees. Once the return is approved and received, we will process the refund, minus any applicable restocking fees, to the original payment method.

Refund Policy only offers refunds on our products. With that said, customer satisfaction is our top priority so if there's special circumstances surrounding your reason for requesting a refund, we will review these on a case by case basis. In order to request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] and our support team will review your case and respond to this request within 7-10 business days. Please note, that we may charge a restocking fee up to 30% for any given refund or return.

Do I pay a restocking fee?
If our manufacturer partner subjects us to a restocking fee, this fee may be passed along to our customer.

Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please complete the form to the left and upload photos of the damage. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.

Important: Special ordered products are not returnable.


Our warranty policy varies based on the individual product. This policy is based on the return policy for the product’s manufacturer. We stand by all of the products we sell and are happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance. We have the right to inspect the returned items to ensure that it is a failure of the product and not caused by faulty installation.
