Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

We use FedEx as our main shipping method. The shipping fees are determined from the products in your cart. FedEx rates are based on 'dimensional shipping' where the length, width, height, and weight of the products are sent via FedEx API to determine shipping costs.

Shipping Lead Times

Once your order is placed, there is a 1-3 business day warehouse processing time. During this time, our team prepares your order for shipment, ensuring that all items are carefully packed and ready for delivery.

After this your order will be passed off to the carrier. The order will then arrive based on the shipping method chosen. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary based on the carrier and your location.

Next Day / Overnight Shipping

Please note with Next Day / Overnight shipping, orders placed under this shipping method still have a 1-3 day warehouse processing time before leaving our facility. During this time, our team prepares your order for shipment, ensuring that all items are carefully packed and ready for delivery. Once your order is passed to the carrier, they will deliver it within the timeframe in the shipping option chosen.

International Orders / Orders Outside U.S

For all international orders, please note that processing and shipping times may be extended due to customs clearance, which varies by country. Additionally, cross-border duties, taxes, and fees may apply to your order and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

It's possible some customers may experience longer shipping times as orders clear customs, and additional duties and fees will apply upon arrival. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations to understand any potential charges or delays that may affect your order.

Working with Freight Forwarders

In order to streamline international orders and assist enterprise customers, we work regularly with customer international freight forwarding companies to ensure the smoothest orders processing possible. Please let us know of any preferred forwarding company at the time of order and we can integrate them into the delivery process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the price of our light poles. For a tailored shipping quote that considers your specific location and project requirements, please contact us. Our team will work with you to provide a detailed estimate that ensures efficient and cost-effective delivery.

Delivery Details

Deliveries are made using a flatbed truck, and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for proper offloading. Offloading must be done with a forklift or similar equipment capable of safely handling the size and weight of the poles. We do not provide offloading services, so please ensure that the necessary equipment and personnel are available at the delivery site.

Important Considerations

  • If delivery needs to be rescheduled due to a lack of proper offloading equipment, inadequate storage space, or other unforeseen issues on-site, any additional costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • To avoid delays or unexpected fees, please communicate with one of our sales representatives before making a purchase. Confirming that all delivery requirements and project details are understood beforehand will ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Ecommerce Policy

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO.
  • Online ordering is only available to the 48 continental U.S. states.
  • Call or Chat with us if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam or outside of the U.S. We will process your order and determine the best way to ship it.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact Customer Service with a cancellation request. Commercial LED Lights will do our best to assist you promptly. Items that are special order, marked as shipped, and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order and made-to-order items. In the event that an item cannot be cancelled, you are able to return eligible items.

Restocking Fee

Customers may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product and the manufacturer's return policy. Restocking fees can vary, and specific details will be provided at the time of the return request, and can be up to 15%. It is important to review the return policy of the specific manufacturer, as they can have unique terms and conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Custom orders, special orders, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

We recommend contacting us for authorization before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may be subject to additional fees. Once the return is approved and received, we will process the refund, minus any applicable restocking fees, to the original payment method.

Out-of-stock items and back orders

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The back-ordered items will then ship via ground shipping service, when stock is replenished, at no additional charge. However, you can request the order to be shipped complete once all products are available.
