"First, they offered to do a lighting analysis free of obligation while I was just browsing their website. The did several iterations for me and the results were very helpful in deciding the type and quantity of lights for a remodel. After ordering lights, I realized that I might not be home when they were going to be delivered so one of the folks managed to get the shipping address changed even though it was shipping from some place other than their warehouse. All in all, I'd say these people go above and beyond to provide customer service. Plus their prices are quite competitive."
